DEPOSITS
$250 per week deposit required for reservations of all units.
Funds payable by cash, cheque or e‐transfer only.
CANCELLATIONS
Automatic $75.00 charge. Balance refundable only if we are able to re‐book for your entire rental period.
SECURITY/CLEANLINESS DEPOSIT
$500, returned within 3 days after return of rental (less damages and final charges).
INSURANCE
Units are insured for rental use, a standard liability coverage is included with a $5,000 deductible or you can pay $5.00 per day to reduce the deductible to $1,000.00. Non‐Ontario residents require a claims free letter from their insurance provider.
DEPARTURE / RETURN
Friday 1PM – 3PM Departure
Friday 9AM – 11AM Return
NOTE
All units leave filled with propane and must be returned the same way.
Rent for 3 weeks or more and save $50 per week!
Long weekend rates are available during off-season only, excluding July & August.
Due to allergic reactions of others, we do ask that there be NO smoking or pets in any rentals.
